At BOLMART MEDITERRANEAN MARKET, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully prepare and pack every order, and if there is an issue with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and shipping package

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable food products
  • Refrigerated or frozen items
  • Opened food or beverage products
  • Flowers or plants
  • Personal care products once opened
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale

Perishable Products

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable products. However, if a perishable item arrives damaged, spoiled, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product (when applicable) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
