At BOLMART MEDITERRANEAN MARKET, we do our best to prepare and ship your order quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items

Some grocery and specialty food items may require extra care during shipping. When needed, we use appropriate packaging to help protect product quality during transit. Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery and refrigerate perishable items immediately.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. BOLMART MEDITERRANEAN MARKET is not responsible for carrier-related delays after an order has shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and item(s) so we can assist you quickly.

We currently ship within the United States. Some products may have shipping restrictions based on state regulations, carrier limitations, or product type.
